Refund policy

Preorders:

Svft.poetry offers preorders for select items. When you place a preorder, you acknowledge that them item is not currently in stock and that it will be shipped out at a later date.

Returns:

Due to our processing and the nature of our products, once an item is purchased from our website, the sale is finalised and the production and processing begins.

For refunds on digital products, a refund may be issued if the digital file has not been accessed. Refunds are to the discretion of the seller.

Ordered the wrong item:

If you placed an order on the wrong item(s), please email our team on info@svftpoetry.com and depending on the status of your order, we will try our best to correct the issue.

Product Availability:

Svft.poetry makes all efforts to ensure that product availability information is accurate and up to date. However, unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays, printing delays or supply chain interruptions may occur. In such circumstances, svft.poetry reserves rights to cancel orders and provide a full refund at our discretion.

Damaged Items:

It is highly unlikely that you will receive a damaged or defective item. In this unlikely event, please contact our team immediately within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@svftpoetry.com. We will assess the issue and provide assistance.

Changes to Terms:

Svft.poetry reserves the rights to update or change any elements of this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be reflected on the website and will be effective immediately.
