• Australia: Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates

 

• International: Shipping times vary by destination. Due to the variation in shipping times for each location, no accurate delivery estimates can be displayed at checkout.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): For international orders, we use the DAP shipping term. This means svft.poetry handles the shipping costs to deliver your order to the destination address. However, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for further details.
• Please ensure all delivery information is correct to avoid delays or missed deliveries. Svft.poetry is not responsible for issues that result from incorrect delivery addresses.

Returns

• All orders made through svftpoetry.com are final and non-refundable. Once your order is confirmed, we begin the preparations of production and processing. Due to the nature of our products are processes, all orders are non-refundable no matter the circumstance.
